In the event that you have given us your contact or personal information via an online form or connection
Your information will be added into a private database held on a CRM or .csv sheet/form that is managed by only top members of the ACLVF team. This information is only used to contact you, set up or confirm meetings, and is used to send you very relevant marketing material, with your choice to unsubscribe at any time from the online marketing.
Who we share your data with
We only share your info within our secure ACLVF team and our applications! You are safe with us!
How long we retain your data
We will keep your data forever until it is requested to be deleted by you (the user/data owner). Any unsubscribes from online content are immediately noted — your info in the database is altered accordingly ASAP and your label within our system is also changed.
What rights you have over your data
All of it! If you have sent in data, forms or any online info to us: it is ultimately yours and we want to support you in what you need in that area. Please email us (see below) for anything you may need: You may request several things:
— If you request that all of your data be stricken/deleted from our records: we request 1 week to do so diligently and report back to you!
— If you request to receive a copy of ALL of your data that we have of you: we request 1 week to gather it all and send it out to you! If you want your data deleted after we verify that you have received it on your end, we will do so, and need another 1 week to delete it all.
(1 week is MAX time it would take to complete one of these tasks, with the very busy schedules and lives of ACLVF!)
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
